Whose listings are these?

Right now COLA RENT shows listings from three Columbia firms: Ray Covington Property Management (MLS office “Weichert Rlt Ray Covington”, labeled RCPM), Bollin Ligon Walker Realtors (MLS office “Bollin Ligon Walker Realtors”, labeled BL) and Hubbard Bowers (MLS office “Hubbard-Bowers Inc”, labeled HB). Every card and listing page names the listing firm. Questions about a home, a showing or an application go to that firm.

Where the data comes from

Listing data comes from the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service (CMLS) IDX program and is refreshed nightly. Data last updated Oct 28, 2026 12:30 PM EDT. The data relating to real estate on this web site comes in part from the Internet Data Exchange ("IDX") program of Consolidated Multiple Listing Service (CMLS). Each listing is placed in one COLA RENT area using its MLS area, city, ZIP code and subdivision (for example, a listing in the Shandon subdivision goes to Shandon / Rosewood, and the MLS “East Columbia” area is shown under Forest Acres). Listings outside these neighborhoods appear under More of the Midlands. Area guides describe well-known landmarks and are general information, not a promise about any particular home.
